Apparently the car Li-Lo was chasing was driven by the mother of Linds' assistant who had just left her job a few hours before after seeing that Lindsay was back with her old antics.

According to Linds, she was chasing her because the assistant's mother had hit her... she also said that the coke found on her pockets was not hers and that she was not high when the incident occured so she has declared herself innocent.

Other fact is that the famous monitoring bracelet was controlled by her lawyer who, the night of her arrest, recieved a sing alarm aroud 12 am.

I don't believe that Lindsay wasn't high on coke when she was carrying it herself plus, as you can see in the pic, she just loves coke!
