Bueno la historia de cómo conoció Tom a Katie lleva años circulando y aunque ellos lo niegan se ve que parece ser que es verdad.

Cuando en 2004 Tom dejó de salir con Penélope Cruz el actor utilizó el casting de 'Misión Imposible 3' para encontrar a su futura esposa (y víctima).
Los requisitos eran ser soltera, guapa y estar en la veintena. Su casting ideal era, por ese orden, Jennifer Garner, Scarlett, Jessica Alba y Katie. Mientras Jennifer y Jessica pasaron de la audición Scarlett fué y cuando se dió cuenta de que era en un centro de la Cienciología se marchó como pudo lo antes posible, como ella misma explicaría luego en una entrevista, confirmando toda esta historia.

Así que al final Tom tuvo que quedarse con su última opción, alguien que no le hiciera sombra en el mundo del espectáculo como seria Katie.

Ay que ver, los romances de Hollywood siempre son los más románticos!

Well, the story of how Tom met Katie has been around for years and even though they deny it, it seems that it's true.

When in 2004 Tom and Penélope Cruz split up the actor used 'Impossible Mission 3'´s casting to find his future bride (and therefore victim).
The restrictions were to be single, pretty and in your twenties. His ideal casting wereJennifer Garner, Scarlett, Jessica Alba and Katie, in that order. While Jennifer and Jessica weren't interested in that audition Scarlett came in but when she found out that it was at the Scientology Center in Hollywood, she freaked out and left as soon as she could, as she herself would explain later in an interview, confirming all this story.

So Tom had to stick with his last choice, someone who wouldn't stole his shadow as a star as Katie is.

Wow, these Hollywood romances are always the most romantic ones!
