Rumer con su novio, el actor Micah Alberti. Ella solía tener posters de Ashton Kucher en sus paredes:"Fue extraño cuando mamá empezó a verse con Ashton en el 2003. Yo tenía los 15 y él era realmente un chico cañón, tenía fotos de él en la pared! Recuerdo que mi madre me dijo que su nuevo 'amigo' saldría con nosotras. Le pregunté, 'Cuál és su nombre?' Y me dijo, 'Ashton'. Y dije, 'Guau, Ashton Kutcher?' aluciné un poco y me sonrojé. Pero cuando vino no fue incómodo. Me di cuenta de que nunca había visto a mi madre más feliz. Era como ver a dos chicos de 16 años acudiendo al baile! Ashton es como una figura paterna, con eso le respeto y le pido consejo. Pero también es alguien con el que me puedo identificar... le veo más como un hermano mayor o tío."
Ha de ser lo peor que tu madre se lie con el actor que te chifla, pero al menos Rumer sacó lo bueno de todo ello... ahora le puede ver en calzoncillos por su casa!

"It was strange when mom started seeing Ashton in 2003. I was 15 and he was a real heartthrob - I had pictures of him on my wall! I remember mom saying her new 'friend' was going to hang out with us. I said, 'What's his name?' And she goes, 'Ashton.'"And I said, 'Whoa - Ashton Kutcher?' I freaked out a bit and blushed. When he came round, though, it wasn't awkward. I realised I'd never seen my mother happier. It was like watching two 16-year-olds going to the prom! Ashton is like a father figure, in that I respect him and ask him for advice. But he is also someone I can relate too. I see him more as an older brother or uncle."
It sucks that your mom gets hitched with the actor that you have a crush on but at least Rumer got the best part of it... now she sees him on his underwear at her house!
