Selena ha hablado de su amistad con Demi:"Ambas estamos rodeadas de adultos las 24 horas del día y tenemos que actuar como profesionales pero cuando estamos juntas podemos tener sólo 16 años. Miramos filmes, hablamos sobre chicos y nos peinamos la una a la otra y maquillamos. Seré honesta, a veces me tengo que pellizcar a mi misma. Aún no puedo creer que todo lo que nosotras dos queríamos desde que teníamos siete años está finalmente convirtiéndose en realidad."
Aunque a Demi se la ha visto últimamente muchísimo más con Miley que con Selenita, ellas dos siguen su amistad y me gusta más que Demi sea amiga de Selena que de Miley la verdad.

“We’re both surrounded by adults 24/7, and we have to act professional, but when we’re together we can just be sixteen. We watch movies, talk about boys, and do each other’s hair and makeup. I'll be honest, I do have to pinch myself occasionally. I still can't believe that everything the two of us have wanted since we were seven is finally coming true."
Even though Demi has been seen a lot lately with Miley more than with Selena, both girls continue their friendship and I like a lot more that Demi is friends with Selena than with Miley.
