Lindsay was probably one of the worst dressed at the MTV awards and everything because she wanted to hide the SCRAM bracelet on her ankle which controls that she doesn't drink alcohol.
But in her favour it has to be said that she has passed two drug tests, confirming that she's not taking drugs so good for her, could it be that this time she's serious about it and will make a comeback?
