xtina looks different

Esta es Christina Aguilera y muchos no se darán cuenta pero... no creen que luce extraña de cara? Antes no tenía este aspecto y no creo que sea porque es más mayor o por haber engordado un poco, se habrá hecho la cirugía? si es así la verdad que no ha sido para mejor!
