Pues Lilo ya está fuera de prisión! Al final le han concedido una fianza, tiene que pagar 300.000 dólares para ser libre y llevar un bracalete que le controla por si bebe alcohol, es la tercera vez que ha de llevar ese bracalete ya... y tampoco puede estar cerca de conocidos vendedores de droga o de clubs nocturnos. El día 22 de octubre volverá ante el juez para ver cual es su pena por violar la condicional, eso si no vuelve a beber o tomar drogas antes.

Les suena todo esto? parece que la vida de Linds siempre es lo mismo a ver si ahora por ella misma se mete en rehab que es lo que necesita.

She will be bailet out, she has to pay $300,000 to be free and wear a SCRAM alcohol-monitoring device, it's the third time she has to wear one... and she can't be near known drug users or nightclubs. On October 22 she will appear in court for violating her probation, that if she doesn't drink or take drugs first.

Esta mañana ha acudido al juzgado debido a los dos tests de drogas que resultaron positivos por consumo de cocaína y anfetaminas y el juez le ha negado estar libre por fianza y estará en custodia en prisión hasta el 22 de octubre cuando ha de volver a presentarse ante el juez!

Muy mal por Lilo, ella sabía que podía pasar esto y debería haber buscado ayuda, rehab es lo que necesita pero le están dando una buena lección, a ver si de una vez aprende...

This morning she appeared in court after she had two positive drug tests for cocaine and amphetamines and the judge has denied bail to remain free and she will be held in custody until Oct. 22 when she will have to appear in court again!

That's so bad for Lilo, she knew this could happen and she should have looked for help, she needs rehab but they're teaching her a good lesson, let's see if she ever learns...

Lindsay ha dado negativo en varios tests de drogas que le han hecho! Ella ha dicho:

"Con arrepentimiento, he dado positivo en mi más reciente test de drogas y si me lo piden, estoy preparada para aparecer delante del juez Fox por ello. El abuso de sustancias es una enfermedad la cual no se va en una noche. Estoy trabajando duro para superarlo y tomando pasos en la dirección correcta cada día. Me están probando cada día y haciendo lo que debo hacer para prevenir cualquier bache en el futuro. Esto ha sido un paso atrás pero estoy preparada para afrontar las consecuencias."

Por cada test de drogas fallado Lilo iba a pasar 30 días en prisión según su sentencia y se ha dicho que ha fallado varios por cocaína así que me parece que Linds vuelve a prisión y a rehab, ya ven lo mucho que aprendió de esa experiencia.

Esta chica talentosa no está contenta con el comportamiento de su novio durante su reciente actuación en el teatro. Como saben Paris fue arrestada en Las Vegas por posesión de cocaína y podría volver a la cárcel!

Al parecer, a Paris se le cayó de su bolso al suelo una bolsa con cocaína enfrente de la policía y segun ella, el bolso se lo dejó una amiga y por tanto la droga no era suya. De hecho, Paris dice que no sabía que había cocaina dentro y que pensaba que esa bolsita era de chicles. También dice que la marca del bolso no es cara y que por tanto ese bolso no era suyo porque ya saben que ella siempre lleva las mejores y más caras marcas.

Por este delito y si se prueba que el bolso y la droga eran suyos, puede ir a prisión de 1 a 4 años así que ya veremos si Paris vuelve a prisión, podrían haberla pillado antes y así hubiera coincidido con Lindsay en la cárcel!

For this felony, and if it's proved that the bag and cocaine were hers, she could face up from 1 to 4 years in jail so we'll see if Paris goes back to prison, if she had been caught earlier she could have spent her time with Lindsay in jail!
