Ahora ha hablado sobre el tema y de porqué perdió 6 kilos por el estrés al tener un familiar enfermo:

"Cuando algo pasa que es muy doloroso o estresante todos tenemos tendencia a perder peso, mi madre, mi tía, mi abuela... Realmente creí que algo no normal me estaba pasando. Estaba preocupada por mi salud y por mis fans, el público. Les hubiera dicho, 'No miren esto como si fuera algún tipo de belleza o salud'. Fue un momento muy oscuro en mi vida".

Bueno al menos la chica ahora se ve normal y miren, hasta tiene canalillo!

Now she has spoken about it and how she lost 12 pounds from stress as there was a relative of hers ill in her family:

"Whenever anything happens that's very painful or stressful, we all lose weight - my mother, my aunt, my grandmother... I honestly thought something was wrong with me. I was concerned for my health and my fans, the public. I would have said, don't look at this as the standard of some kind of beauty and health. It was a very dark time in my life".

Well at least she's back to looking normal and hey, she even has got some rack!

Hace tiempo pusimos unas fotos similares de Kate Bosworth diciéndo que comer no era lo único que se le había olvidado a ella, pero en fin, la chica ha mejorado y parece que ya no se olvida tanto de comer y luce más sana, aún le faltan un par de cosas de las que se sigue olvidando pero bueno, tampoco no le vamos a pedir todo a la chica!

Afortunadamente su madre estaba tan preocupada por su rápida pérdida de peso que le hizo prometer a Kate que ganaría al menos 5 kilos. Kate intentó excusarse diciendo que había sido a causa de una gripe y que tenía todo bajo control pero su madre sabía que había perdido peso desde su ruptura con Orlando Bloom.
Y como no se puede engañar a una madre Kate se mudó a su casa alejada de todo evento social y permitiéndole a su mamá que le cocinara platos para ella.


Si esque a veces el problema de estas chicas esque no tienen una buena influencia que les haga de padres... en el caso de Kate menos mal que ella sí y ahora poco a poco se ve mejor de peso. Otras no pueden contar con ese apoyo.

Luckily Kate's mom was so worried about her recent weight loss, that she made Kate promise to gain at least 10 pounds. Kate tried to talk her way out of it, saying that the flu caused her to lose weight and that everything was under control but her mom knew she lost weight since her break-up with Orlando Bloom.
And as you can't fool a mother Kate moved back in with her mother, distancing herself from the social circuit and letting her mom cook meals for her.


Sometimes the issues that these girls have it's because they do not have any good influence that gives them some parental control... in Kate's case she fortunatelly had and she's slowly looking better. Others doesn't have that much luck.
