Esta es una nueva entrevista muy graciosa que le han hecho a Lindsay:
"Al crecer quise convertirme en una estrella de cine. Pero las estrellas de cine no son lo que solían ser. Cuando era niña, pensaba que las estrellas de cine eran mujeres y hombres que estaban en estas películas maravillosas que aún seguimos mirando. Pero no pienso que haya demasiadas películas que salen estos dias que podamos mirar en el futuro y digamos, 'Esta va ser una de las mejores'. Y la peor parte es que, en términos de lo que la gene ve de mi, me he convertido en esta chica a la que sólo le gusta que la fotografien, no sabe como centrarse, no sabe cómo trabajar en un set, sólo ama la atención, sabe como salir por la noche, sabe como festejar.
Sólo me siento como si se hubiera convertido en una situación donde la gente ha manifestado esta caricatura de quien soy, y actuan como si no hubiera una persona real dentro de ella. Pero es imposible para mi el hecho de ir a cualquier sitio donde nadie me conozca. Es decir, esto es lo que hay. Es lo que yo pedí, y en este dia y en esta edad es lo que sucede hoy en día. Pero lo que me duele más esque yo trabajo tan duro como otras actrices de mi misma edad, como Scarlett Johansson, pero simplemente yo no recibo las mismas oportunidades que ellas tienen porque la gente está distraída por el desastre que he creado en mi vida. Pero eso no significa que vaya a durar para siempre."
... por donde empezar. Primero que Linds no debería hablar tanto y de hecho ponerse a trabajar en algo que no sean sus colecciones de leggins o salir cada noche para estar al lado de Sam de fiesta, eso no es trabajar tan duro como Scarlett Johansson, es simplemente no hacer nada. Otras actrices de su edad tienen mucho drama en su vida, como Sienna Miller, pero a ella le siguen ofreciendo trabajos porque es profesional y nunca se han quejado de ella en ningún set, tal y como le ocurrió a Lilo durante un rodaje donde el productor tuvo que lanzar una queja de ella a los medios para llamar su atención. Y a las otras starlets no las fotografían tanto porque quieren mantener su vida en privado, si realmente quisiera eso Lilo no la fotografiarian a diario, pues de otras como Natalie Portman o Keira Knightley apenas hay fotos. Así que no se queje tanto que todo se lo busca ella y que se ponga a trabajar de una vez si es lo que quiere, y que se deje de dramas con la prensa.

“Growing up I wanted to be a movie star. But movie stars are not what they used to be. When I was a kid, I thought movie stars were women and men who were in these great films that we still look at now. But I don’t think there are too many films coming out these days that we’re going to look at in the future and say, ‘This is one of the great ones.’ And the worst part is, in terms of what people see of me, I have become this girl who just loves to be photographed, doesn’t know how to focus, doesn’t know how to work on set, just loves the attention, knows how to go out at night, knows how to party.
I just feel as though it’s become a situation where people have manifested this caricature of who I am, and they act as if there’s no real person inside of it. But it’s so impossible for me to actually go someplace where no one knows me. I mean, it is what it is. This is what I asked for, and in this day and age that’s what actually goes on. But what hurts me the most is that I work just as hard as any other actress around my age, like Scarlett Johansson, but I just don’t get the opportunities that they get because people are so distracted by the mess that I created in my life. But that doesn’t mean it’s going to last forever."
... where do I start. First of all Linds shouldn't be talking that much and get to work in somthing more than her leggins collection or being just by Sam's side partying, that's not working as hard as Scarlett Johansson, it's simply not doing nothing. Other actresses her age have a lot of drama in their lives, like Sienna Miller, pero she continues to get jobs because she's a professional and noone ever complained about her on set, just as it happened to Lilo during a shooting where the producer had to release a complaint about her to the press to get her attention. And the other starlets are not as photographed because they want to keep their lives in private, if she really wanted that Lilo wouldn't be spotted daily, because others like Natalie Portman or Keira Knightley are rarely snapped. So she just stop complaining because she got all this by herself, and start working if it is what she wants and leave the dramas with the press.
